How it works

  1. 01Upload or paste a link. Drag the file in, choose it, or paste a link to it. Large files upload straight to storage.
  2. 02Wait a moment. Transcription runs many times faster than the recording plays.
  3. 03Review. Click any word to hear it, fix what needs fixing, name the speakers.
  4. 04Export. Download Word or PDF with sources, plain text, captions or data formats.

Examples

  • Voice memo to notes

A 10-minute memo becomes a transcript with a summary and its key points.

  • Interview to quotes

Verbatim quotes with their timestamps, ready for an article.

  • Lecture recording to study notes

Chapters and a summary for revision, searchable later.

Questions

Can I convert an MP3 to text?

Yes. Upload the MP3 and Audicite returns a transcript with speakers and timestamps, which you can export as Word, PDF, text or captions.

How long does it take?

Usually a small fraction of the recording’s length: on the benchmark, files were transcribed about 30 times faster than real time.

Is my audio kept private?

Audio is encrypted in transit and at rest, and the speech provider is told not to use it to improve its models. You can delete a recording at any time.
