Questions
How does Audicite join my meetings?
Paste a Zoom, Teams, Google Meet or Webex link on the Meetings page and Audicite joins as a participant, even when someone else hosts; the host admits it like any guest. Or connect your calendar and it joins every call by itself. You can follow the transcript and fact-checks live, and the full transcript, summary and quotes are ready when the call ends. Included in the free trial and in Pro.
How does per-person pricing work?
You pay for the people who use Audicite. Audio and fact-check allowances are per person and pooled across the workspace, so a busy reporter can use what a colleague does not.
What happens when the free trial runs out?
Nothing is deleted. A live recording stops when the trial’s audio is used up and keeps what was recorded; a longer file is kept and can be finished after choosing Pro.
How does billing work?
Pro is $14.99 per person a month, billed monthly and renewing automatically until you cancel. There is no annual contract.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, from your workspace in one click. It ends straight away and we refund the unused days of the month to your card, pro rata. You get an email confirming the amount, and your recordings stay where they are.
What happens when I add or remove people?
The change applies at once. Adding someone charges only the rest of the current month for them; removing someone credits the unused days to your next bill. Either way you get an email with the exact amount.
Do you train AI models on my recordings?
No. Our speech provider is told not to use your audio for training and our AI provider does not train on data sent through its commercial API. See the privacy policy.
