Get your audio or video back

Export › Original audio or video downloads the file exactly as you uploaded it (or as it was fetched from a link). For a live session it is the full recording.

If processing fails, the file is kept: download it from the message on the session, or choose Try again. A recording refused because the free trial ran out is kept too; choose a plan, then Try again.

While you record live, your browser also keeps its own copy for 14 days. If the connection drops or the tab closes, open the session on the same device to download that copy or transcribe it.
