Turn on two-step sign-in

Ask for a code from an authenticator app on every new sign-in.

  1. Open Account (your email, top right) and choose Turn on two-step sign-in.
  2. Scan the QR code with an authenticator app such as 1Password, Google Authenticator, Authy or Microsoft Authenticator.
  3. Enter the six-digit code to finish.
  4. Save the ten backup codes somewhere safe. Each works once if you lose your phone.

After five wrong codes, two-step sign-in pauses for 15 minutes. If you lose both your phone and your backup codes, contact support from the email on your account.
