Get told when a transcript is ready or a claim is rated.

Add an HTTPS endpoint on Team and pick events. Each delivery is signed with an Audicite-Signature header (a timestamped HMAC-SHA256) so you can reject forgeries and replays. Failed deliveries are retried.
