Make captions

Edit caption timing and line breaks, then export SRT, WebVTT or EBU STL.

Open Captions. Cues are built from the word timings with broadcast limits: 42, 37 or 32 characters a line and one or two lines.

Each cue is checked for long lines, fast reading speed (over 17 characters a second), very short cues and overlaps. Fix them in place and export.
