Transcribe Zoom, Teams, Meet and Webex calls
Send Audicite to a call, let it join from your calendar, or record the call from your browser.
Audicite joins Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet and Webex calls as a participant called Audicite, so it works even when someone else is hosting. Anyone invited to the call can send it. Open Meetings from the top of the page.
- Paste the call’s link into Meeting link.
- Optionally give it a name and a start time.
- Choose Join now, or Schedule if you set a time.
- The host admits Audicite from the waiting room, like any guest.
To have Audicite join every call by itself, connect your calendar: paste its secret iCal address (in Google Calendar: Settings, choose your calendar, then “Secret address in iCal format”; in Outlook: Publish a calendar) and choose Connect calendar. Audicite checks it every few minutes and joins each Zoom, Teams, Meet or Webex call a minute before it starts. Calls that move or are cancelled are taken off.
While Audicite is in the call, choose Watch live to follow the transcript, speakers and fact-checks as people speak, on any device you are signed in to. When the call ends, Open transcript has the full transcript, summary, quotes and fact-checks, and you get an email when it is ready.
If a bot is not welcome in the call, choose Record from this computer: Audicite records your microphone and the call’s browser tab (Chrome or Edge on a computer). This also works for Slack huddles.
Tip: Tell the people in the call that Audicite is recording. Some places require everyone’s consent.
