Correct the transcript
Fix words, rename and merge speakers, and keep the audio in sync.
Select a paragraph to edit it. Your text replaces the machine text for exports and captions; the original stays in the record.
Open Speakers to rename a voice (for example "Speaker 2" to the interviewee). Renaming applies everywhere in the session.
Click any word to play from that moment. Playback runs from 0.2× to 2× speed.
- Space: play or pause
- J / L: back or forward five seconds
- K: pause
- /: search the transcript
Tip: Turn keyboard shortcuts off in session settings if they get in the way of a screen reader.
